Product Description

1m Single-Mode Simplex LC/UPC to LC/UPC OS2 G652D Fibre Optic LSZH Cable (3000µm)

This high-quality fibre optic cable is designed to deliver exceptional performance and reliability for your networking needs.

The cable feature an LC/UPC connector on both ends, ensuring precise and secure connections. It has a bend radius of 30mm, offering flexibility that makes it easier to connect devices. It supports single-mode transmission, allowing for long-distance data transmission with minimal signal loss.

The OS2 fibre optic cable meets industry standards, guaranteeing optimal performance and compatibility. Its LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket provides added safety by minimizing toxic emissions in case of fire.

With durable construction and superior signal transmission capabilities, this fibre optic cable is the perfect solution for telecommunications, data centers, and other applications requiring reliable and high-speed connectivity.

Upgrade your network infrastructure with our fibre optic cables and experience seamless connectivity like never before.

Advantages of Fibre Optics:

  • Significantly higher bandwidth compared to traditional copper cables. This increased bandwidth allows for the transmission of large amounts of data at incredibly fast speeds, enabling seamless streaming, rapid file transfers, and real-time communication.
  • Transmit data over much longer distances without suffering from signal degradation. Unlike copper cables, which experience signal loss over longer runs, fibre optics maintain the integrity of the signal over vast distances.
  • Immune to electromagnetic interference (EMI), ensuring a stable and reliable connection even in environments with high levels of electrical noise.
  • Lightweight, flexible, and occupying less physical space, making them easier to install and handle.
  • Enhanced security as they are extremely difficult to tap into without detection, making them ideal for transmitting sensitive and confidential information.

Overall, fibre optic cables offer superior performance, reliability, scalability, and security, making them the preferred choice for high-speed, long-distance data transmission in telecommunications, networking, and various industries.

Applications:

  • CATV distribution and DOSIS data transmission
  • SAT-IF and DTT distribution
  • Other fibre optic communication systems

Blake's gave me speedy advice in response to an e-mail request. I took the(simple) option they thought might not work - a setback amplifier. And it does work! My broken TV picture seems to have stabilised. (I did have to get some connector adjusters, having never heard of F-connectors - my ignorance.)
