Slow communication, website said delivery in few days but item was out of stock and this was not communicated until I emailed after a week of nothing.

I can't really fault the service from Blake UK, the Log Periodic aerial seems very good quality as does the other components inc the mounting bracket, mast etc and the order was dispatched quickly with excellent communication. The only problem I had was that the steel 5 foot pole/mast was bent on arrival. Not sure what the courier was doing to bend a 1 1/4 inch steel tube! However, I managed (with some difficulty) to straighten it and the rest of the order was fine. I'm sure I could have contacted Blakes and they would have sorted it out but I needed it in a hurry. That said, I would certainly use them again.

There is only one small thing I have to complain about and that is the amount of clear sticky tape wrapped around two aluminium aerial poles that I intend to use for something other than aerial poles and will spend hours removing the tape end residue, otherwise everything is OK thank you.
