Delivery Methods

Your order will be delivered via the most effective distribution method available. We operate our own UK-wide delivery fleet and also utilise the carrier services DX and DPD when appropriate. These networks enable us to offer next day delivery across Great Britain and 2-3 day delivery to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Order Tracking

Once your order is despatched and invoiced, you will receive an email notification. The invoice will include tracking details, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery with the carrier.

Delivery Costs

The cost of delivery is calculated during the checkout process. It is based on factors such as the order value, order size and weight, speed of service selected, and the delivery location. For our standard UK service, delivery is free for orders above a specified minimum value.
