Blake UK aims to ensure your orders are delivered efficiently, reliably and on time. Find information below about delivery services, Click & Collect, order tracking and delivery charges.
Great Britain
Next-working-day delivery is available across Great Britain using the most appropriate carrier for your order.
Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland
Typical delivery times are 2 to 3 working days, depending on the destination and service selected.
Click & Collect
Place your order online and select Click & Collect at checkout. Please wait for your Despatch Confirmation email before travelling to collect your order.
Click & Collect from Sheffield
Our Sheffield Trade Counter is now closed, but Click & Collect remains available for online orders.
Place your order online using your Blake UK trade account and select Click & Collect during checkout.
Once your order has been picked and is ready for collection, we will send you a Despatch Confirmation email.
Please wait until you have received your Despatch Confirmation before travelling to collect your order.
Collection Order Times
To help us prepare your order, we recommend placing your Click & Collect order at least 24 hours before collection.
Where possible, we will accommodate same-day collections for orders placed before:
- 12:00 noon, Monday to Thursday
- 10:00 am on Friday
Same-day collection is subject to stock availability and warehouse workload.
Please note: Unlike our former Trade Counter service, we no longer offer walk-in browsing, counter ordering or over-the-counter purchases. All collection orders must be placed online before arrival.
Order Tracking
You will receive an email notification once your order has been despatched.
A sales invoice is generated and automatically emailed at the close of business on the day of despatch. The invoice contains a direct tracking link to the courier's website.

Please note: Orders placed outside our opening hours, Monday to Thursday, 08:00 to 16:30, and Friday, 08:00 to 16:00, will be acknowledged on the next working day.
Delivery Costs
Delivery charges are automatically calculated during checkout based on:
- Order value
- Size and weight of the goods
- Speed of service selected
- Delivery destination
Standard UK delivery is free for orders above the qualifying minimum order value.
