1 Element Dipole Astrabeam VHF/DAB Aerial VHF 175 - 230MHz
Features:
Improve your television and radio reception with our dipole astrabeam aerials, designed for strong reception areas.
Dipole aerials will allow you to receive balanced signals from a range of frequencies without losing reception quality, and are suitable for VHF TV aerial and Digital Audio Broadcasting (DAB) radio aerial applications.
The antenna is designed to be mounted vertically for DAB radio and horizontally for VHF TV, and has a directional Yagi design with a PCB balun incorporated into the looped dipole for improved impedance matching of the cable.
The element design also utilises solid plastic to secure clips onto the strong boom section.
Please note that the mounting bracket for the aerial will fit a mast diameter from 1" (25.4mm) to 2" (50.8mm).
Packed one per box with full instructions included.

I’m pleased with the ærial overall. I did have to fix two separate issues though… 1. Many of the elements were bent, some quite badly. Happily they all bent straight again without any fatigue fracture. 2. Many of the elements were not seated properly in the booms. In one case, a vertical element was touching one on the other boom. I was able to pull the unseated ones out to seat better but I’m not sure how long they’ll stay like this.
